I'm on Atkins Diet
And as a quiet neighbouring-class-mate, 5 Alfa, I will surely come to his wedding reception. This time, I'll be a different Aan. Lol. This is my fifth day on the Atkins Diet. This diet focus on controlling your carbs intake and manipulating your body to use your fat as the preferred source of energy. You know that excessive carbs will be converted to fat, rite? So, this time, I'm limiting my carbs intake.
And I already lost 2 fucking kilos
I haven't eat rice and sugar/any source of Carbs for five days already. I'm focussing on Protein, Fat and Vitamins. That means, I only eat lean meat, fish and veges. I can't eat fruit yet tho. For me, this diet plan is easy, but goddamn expensive. I can't eat those cheap junk foods anymore. Everyday, I need to cook my own chicken strip, lamb steak and mixed veges. But it's good. So far, I fell in love with Lamb (biting lips). And I'm a brocoli-lover right now.
Okay, 2 spoon of sugar equivalent to 32 Kcal (8 gram of Carbs) 1 sachet of Equal contains 4 Kcal (1 gram of Carbs), Got it?! |
Why I'm on a diet?
It's not like I am on a guy-hunting. But, I really need to lose weight. I am being surrounded with thin and fit people. How could I IDGAF on this. Being fitter is healthier too. So, at least, during Eto'o wedding I can wear nice dress and show me I'm not the fat lazy Aan 5 years ago. Used to have dream on this. I cannot let my dream be dream, right, Shia..
I'm sure that my husband and son will approve it too..
