Hisashiburi (Japanese) & Olen maniya (Korean). These two words mean 'Long Time no See'. #TheMoreYouKnow #SubtitlelessDramaMadeMe
Last month, or last two month; during the lunch time, my colleague Alvin talked about some supernatural thing that happened at a kindergarten. And we talk about that kind of things. And Andrew asked me:
" How bout you Aan, do you believe in ghost?"
That was the spark of everything that is wadding my little brain right now.
During that time, because of my awkwardness, - I just answered that; Yup, I do believe in ghost because I am an avid fan of the Supernatural Series, you know, the Winchester brothers. //damn it Aan. Actually, that was neither the appropriate or satisfying answer that I can provide. I already have a smarter answer but because of MY FUCKING SOCIAL ANXIETY MADE ME SOUND STUPID AND TOO SLOW TO REACT AND ALSO INARTICULATE AT MOST TIMES.
Hahaha, pardon me. Okay back to the story.
Yes, I do believe in that kind of thing. But we wont call it ghost. It is the Jinn (A Chapter in The Quran is also named after Jinn; Al-Jinn). Jewish and Christian call it demon.
Jinn - A creature that live and dwell within us, but we can't see them, though sometimes they can manifest themselves and if you are lucky enough to witness the manifestation. Some human has the given ability to see and interact with them. Have you heard about the story of King Solomon? And you should read about Judaism's Kaballah too. Jinn is mightier than human in strength, speed and they live longer than human.
Human and Jinn co-exist, but are not supposed to meddle with one another's life. It is a big sin for us muslim to seek help with these Jinn. But some of the old generation dealt with this Jinn for strength, beauty - kinda black magic things to (rosakkan rumahtangga orang, rosakkan bisnes pesaing, jaga kedai supaya tak kena curi, buat orang yang kita cemburu sakit (black magic) - I wrote these in Malay because these are the bad parts, brainless things Malay people do, which I am ashamed of, due to their lack of understanding and low level of faith.
For real, Aan?
Yes. I started my research on this 'Jinn' things when my friend ****** said that her brother's rented house is haunted not so long ago, she can clearly hear sounds like lil pebbles being scattered on the upper floor, or even experiencing weird thing like food gone spoilt too soon.
I read Quran every night, together with the English translation because my Arabic skill is simply suck. So, I do cross reference with Judaism's Torah and the Christian's Bible.
(Quran, 55;15)

(Quran, 55;15)
He created man (Adam) from sounding clay like the clay of pottery.
And the jinns did He create from a smokeless flame of fire.
(Torah : Leviticus 19;31)
Do not turn to medium or seek out spirits, for you will be defiled by them. I am the lord, your God.
