Recipe: How To Make Wang Leehom (王力宏) abs Wonton, Soup & Fried
Salam guys. Wang Lee Hom is one of my crushes, and he eats wonton, but I never cook wonton before. So this is my freaking trial of cooking wonton. Inspired by Wang Lee Hom's abs. Hahahahhahahaahhaha. #fml #smh
I'm in the middle of my the induction phase of Atkins diet, so I need to eat less than 20g of carbs everyday. A single wonton skin contains 2-3g of carbs just to tell you guys!
Wonton Recipe
(raw material)
1x fucking big fresh chicken breast
15x fresh shrimps (take out the shell)
1x medium sized young ginger
1x medium sized spring onion
2x cloves garlic
some chive
I bought a new chopboard for this, RM 2 |
(seasoning material)
soy sauce, kicap (whatever you call it)
sesame oil the Halal one
wonton skin, the thinner the better
lemon (as an alternative for rice wine, which is non-Halal)
white pepper
salt to taste
You know what, as a muslim that cannot eat those and that, we need to be fucking creative. Lemon will give you quite the same tangy-sting like the rice wine gives you. |
- Mince the chicken together with the shrimp, ginger, onion, garlic and chive. Add all the seasonings deliberately, according to your cook instinct.
- Put inside the wonton skin, fold it.
- Done.
Chop chop karate chop. Until the chicken is perfectly minced. |

NO sugar! These ingredients have their own unique sweetness when they're cooked. Just some pinch of salt will bring the sweetness up.
Mix them all together and add seasonings. |
Wonton Folding Style
This thing is new to me so, I need to ask shifu on how to, so I asked Ah Fei's next table.

- Boil some chicken skin to let the natural oil to season the soup
- Some ginger
- Some chive
- Some salt
- Boil with medium heat for 2 hours.

Now boil them niggas inside for 4-5 minutes until they float*. |

Fried Wonton Recipe
- Just deep fry them all
- Eat
I actually refrigerated this, because I got no time to fry it. But the time is now! |
