How I Recover Myself from 39.1°C Fever in Just 5 Hours

The real reason I'm not joining Dmitrii for dinner today is because I know that fever was coming to me.
First, I would like to inform you guys, due to my fucked up autoimmune stuff, these on-off swollen nodes - I get low grade fever quite frequently. So worry not, usually what I have is not viral and won't affect you guys.
Because it happens quite frequently, I, as a biologically-competent person already know how to handle it well. Alhamdulillah. Heheheh. Going to clinic or hospital are expensive and mafan-ly time consuming even though I am already being covered by insurance.
How I handle my fever.
If I notice that I'm starting to get pretty cold and feeling 'something was weirdly off' I'll check my pulse. (How? I'm wearing mi-band because I'm 20% genius.)
Currently, (while I'm writing this it is 123bpm.) Welp, I'm still recovering now. Based on my observations, my body will feel slightly shitty when I reached 110bpm during resting state. Because normally I can only reach 120++bpm during exercises.
Then, I'll check my temperature. I have a body thermometer inside my bag that I carry with me everyday. Because my doctor used to tell me that if it went up to 40°C++ I should go clinic liao. Okay.
If and only if confirmed I got fever, I will avoid having outside activities. I won't have my usual night americano as the caffeine will only make my heart beats faster to the point that I will have stupid headache.
First I will drink lotsa water. Don't screw yourself by eating at this time. If I fucking eat at this time, I'll probably throw up. Idk, maybe because the digestive enzymes is not working properly at this time. Strip myself (if possible la) and will take my cooling effect blanket - duck feathers quilt and proceed to sleep for 2 hours. SHIVERING IS OKAY. This is the time when I toss and turn in my bed, struggling to get some sleep.
After my 2hrs alarm went off, I will make sure that I am sweating AF. I will check if my bed is drenched with my sweat. That means, my body is still okay and trying to regulate my body core temperature by sweating.
Then, I will check my body temperature again with the thermometer. If I'm successful enough, my temperature will drop 1°C down. But 38°C++ is still considered as fever guys.
So what will I do next is take a long shower. Since I already sweating much I will clean myself with a 30mins shower. I swear it will be cold AF but brace yourself, you are a strong adult! After that I will check again my temperature.
See. Now I'm fine. And I'll proceed to eat my butter chicken that I already ordered thru Grab.
And I also will drink cold water just to keep up with my body cooling efforts.
